All of the Autographs that I ahave received were sent to me by the Celebrity. I have not provided the photos at all. I Like this better because you usually get a better quality photograph from them. Hope this helps.

Tell please, what photos are necessary? Is it possible to print one from the Internet or it's not desirable?

I'm in the UK and I've had some success in getting replies from abroad, but only when I was able to enclose return stamps. For example, I wrote a letter to US author George RR Martin and included US stamps for his reply. I got a response within a couple of weeks. I got the stamps from relatives who live in the US.

@Mark: You can get UK stamps from the Royal Mail site, but I think you have to buy them in quite large quantities.

If they any real kind of celebrity, they will find a way to return the request of one of their fans, either they do it themselves or get one of their assistants to return it to you. If not, just consider them a waste of your time.

Oh I hope I could figure it out. I think since they would have to go through the trouble of getting the stamps they probably won't reply?

I have never really had successes in sending autograph requests to other countries. If i were you, I would suggest that you go to the post office and ask them what you could do about sending a self addressed stamped envelope to other countries. They will most likely have you purchase some kind of certificate for people to turn in to thier post office for their postage.
