This is something you may or may not have to plan for depending where you stand in you financial situation. Make sure you know how you are going to pay your own bills throughout the month before you start giving away money.

There is one really easy way to give away one check. Most people get paid every week or every other week. This means that you will have one extra check every 3 months if you get paid weekly or one extra check if you get paid every six months. You should be able to plan for this check to be used.

Donating helps people around the world. The more you can give, the more people will benefit and live a better life. There are charities for just about everything from placing libraries in third world countries to providing medicines to people who would never be able to afford it otherwise to providing animals to families who can make money off the eggs, milk or children of that animal.

Do Your Research. Make sure it counts. There are a lot of charities out there. Most of them claim to be non-profit. They pay people to do the work for them, which means that some of the money that you donate will never see the cause it was meant for. This is normal, but there are charities that use more of the money for expenses than to actually help people. Make sure you know what the charity does with the money before you donate.

Use your paycheck to make more than your paycheck. I know that you would love to give more than one paycheck. That is great… If you can do that, please do it. There are ways to use your money to earn more money. Use the money to throw a benefit where everyone who attends, gives a certain amount. Buy a prise that a lot of people want and raffle it off making more money than the item that you are giving away. Be careful though. It is easy to lose that money and to make less than what you put into the project.
