Day 073: Nynn Washes Up
Nynn and Eeno sat back on Athvor’s back for hours. They talked about everything from fishing to life in her village. There were long periods of silence where they both looked out into the darkness or up into the sky at the stars. There were even times when they dozed off waiting for Athvor to recharge.
He was tired. In the time that he slept, the sun had set and begun to peek over the horizon in the east. He stirred and lifted his head out of the water. He turned his head slightly allowing the joints in he neck to pop. Then he turned towards his friends and smiled. “Anything interesting happen while I was out?”
“Nothing really to speak of. It has been a quiet night.” Nynn stood up on the dragon’s back and stretched herself. Athvor’s eyebrow raised when she disrobed completely. She didn’t have any inhabitions around the dragons. They weren’t men. It was almost like changing in front of a pet. She turned and dove off Athvors back into the ocean.
The water wasn’t extremely clean, but it was enough to wash several days of sweat and grime off her body. She swam around and a bit and rubbed the water into her shin. She dove down several feet running her fingers through her hair. The oils were thick in her hair. She was glad to wash some of out.

Hello Robert!
How’s it going? I remember seeing a link to your stuff on I should be writing a while back and have finally gotten around to looking you up. I watched your you tube vid and well, I’m a kindred spirit floating out here in the ether. By that I mean that I’m also an aspiring author and while my online writing I see as practice to help improve the stuff that I don’t post on the net, I still write 5 days a week online, probably around 200 or so words a day. Now to honest although I’m drawn to writing I’ve never been a huge reading fan (except comic books), but I’m working to amend that as quickly as I can. So, I haven’t read any of your stuff, I’ll also be working on that in the next few days, and guess I should start at the beginning and it’s cool how you’ve got that little start at the begining link. Anyway, this has gone on far too long, keep up the good work, I’ll be lurking (I really don’t like the sound of that word, but oh well). Seeya

I’m having fun with this little experiment. It is a way to get me writing everyday and hopefully will get me to finish a novel. I know what I have posted so far is pretty bad, but I think there may be some people who might find it interesting.
I will take the time to go back and read your blog from the beginning. Maybe we could do some cross marketing for each other. I would be glad to write a post about your blog. Maybe you would enjoy writing one about mine.
Anywho. I hope you like what you find here.

Hey, yeah for sure. I’ve gotta warn you my stuff is pretty esoteric, and I have maybe an audience of about 3 people (but hey, I gotta start somewhere, I guess). Cross promotion can only be a good thing though, so I’m up for it. I only really post fiction on the SliModSoC (Slightly Mod…) site, but I’ve got a general life blog too, I’ll post something on that about yours, it’s called Tenuous Connections and there’s a link to it on SliModSoc.
Speaking of links, I see you’ve put up SliModSoC one here already, cheers for that. I’ve stuck one up to link here too. You definately got some intersting stuff here, keep on trucking.
