This Writer’s Journey: Episode #004
Hey everybody. Hope you all had a fantastic week. I thought I would record this today because I won’t be home on Monday. I figured it would be better to record it early rather than late. Hope you all don’t mind.
As for my productivity report? My word count for the novel is 46,962. That means I wrote 428 words since last Monday. I was also able to complete about 30 more segments on my secret project. I would have liked to get more done on all my projects but it has been a busy week. I have not been home all that much. The time I have spent at home, I have been sleeping.
This audio blog is slowly starting to take shape. There are a number of different things I want to do with it. First and foremost I have downloaded Audacity. As soon as I can find a little free time, I plan to take a look at it. I think it will allow me to put together a more polished audiocast. I want to find some music loops that I can add to the beginning and the end of the cast as well as something to separate the different segments. I would like to start creating segments for things like trailers for my favorite podcast novels and maybe a reading of some of the new books that are on the market. I would also love to interview some of my favorite authors. We will see what will actually come out of this little endeavor.
This week is going to stay short and simple. I am thinking that next week I will attempt to add a trailer for Mur Lafferty’s new season of Heaven called “War.” I am having a blast listening to it. If you want to get a head start on me, head on over to heavennovel.com or Murverse.com.
