How do I Get to Know Myself Better? Try an Interview

Wednesday, July 2nd, 2008

Have you ever wanted to keep a journal, diary or a memoir? Have you ever had trouble keeping up with that kind of writing? I have found that a lot of times, the reason that people don’t keep up with their journals is because they don’t really know what to write about.

I have the perfect solution. I have written this book/journal called “Interview With:

This book contains 200 different questions with room for you to write up to 250 words each. The questions are about a wide array of different things. Some of them are serious. Some of them are funny. Most importantly, they are questions about you.

You will be able to write about yourself everyday for the next 200 days, and when you are finished, you will have an awesome book about yourself.

There are more ways you can use this book. You can interview one of your family members. Ask them a few questions at a time and let them tell all the stories they want. You will be able to take notes and write an autobiography on them later. If you are a writer, you could interview your main character, or any character that you are having trouble creating a personality or history for. You will find that the answers to these questions will spark new and more fantastic ideas that you never knew existed inside your head.

Please… take a moment to look at my new book, “Interview With:“. You will find it fascinating. I promise.

Attention Yearbook Staff: Here is an Effective Way to Raise Money

Saturday, April 19th, 2008

It was brought to my attention that the book I wrote, ‘My Ultimate Slam Book‘ would be an awesome way to raise money for the yearbook staff at High Schools and Middle Schools accross the Country.

What is ‘My Ultimate Slam Book’? It is a collection of 100 questions. Each question is placed at the top of the page and 49 blank lines are numbered below it. Each student will take the book and pass it to their friends. Their friends will pick an unused number and answer each question next to that number. Doing this, the Student who owns the book will have a record of their friends for that year and what they were like, not to mention it is just fun to read each other’s answers.

Now you are probably wondering, “How are we going to make money on this for the Yearbook Staff?” That is easy. The book is rather cheap… $11.32. If you sell it for $15 or $20 each you will make plenty of money to get your staff going for the year. Take a look at the book. you can view a preview of the book to see what I am talking about. If you want to order them in bulk, you can also get a discount.

Please leave a comment. I would love to know what you think of the project.

Best Friends Quiz (Survey, Questionaire or Slambook)

Tuesday, December 11th, 2007

Do you remember those slambooks you used to make back in Middle School and High School? Some of you even fill out the versions that make it to your email inbox from your friends. In school you would take a spiral bound or composition notebook and wrote questions on every page, then pass that book around to all of your friends and forced them to fill it out.

I have created a printed book called “My Ultimate Slam Book” that contains 100 questions to ask your friends and family. Each person will pick a number that has not been filled out and answer all the questions in the book next to that number.

Perfect bound, you can leave it on your coffee table or take it to parties and have all your friends and acquaintances fill it out. You will be amazed what you didn’t know about friends you have know for years. You will learn things about people you just met.

This book is also a perfect ice breaker for company, even if they don’t fill it out. At least take a look at the book and if you don’t want a copy, send it to some of your friends and family who might get a kick out of it.
